Where do I start!
Names - given and surnames can be combined from different countries, but only if they're likely to have close relations and the combination should be similar in period. "Demeter Gwerydd verch Olafsdottir" is combining Greek, Viking and Welsh name elements- and a redundant daughter reference. It's also out of bounds to use deity names unless proven to be used by people in period.
Device - using themes from celtic and viking cultures with a late period line of division, and a too ornate and badly tinctured Celtic cross.
Plus classical period, not to mention gods for supporters? Not good style. Supporters aren't regulated in the SCA, but some relevance would be appropos.
